Your Plan Launch Call is a critical step in the onboarding process. You and your J.P. Morgan Implementation Specialist will review the information requested in the Digital Onboarding experience and discuss the plan's onboarding process in detail. To properly prepare, please complete the following steps before your scheduled Plan Launch Call:
1. Register for the Employer Portal
Before your Plan Launch Call, please complete the registration process for J.P. Morgan's employer portal by clicking the registration link in the welcome email J.P. Morgan sent you.

2. Complete Digital Onboarding
After you have registered, you will be directed to begin Digital Onboarding. The Digital Onboarding process is designed to collect the required information we need to set up your plan.

Should you encounter any difficulties with completing Digital Onboarding or if you require assistance, please be assured that your dedicated Implementation Manager can provide the necessary support during the Plan Launch Call.
3. For Conversion Plans, Notify Your Current Provider
If you currently have a plan that you will be transferring to J.P. Morgan, please notify your current provider that you are switching to J.P. Morgan before the Plan Launch Call.
Our goal is to get your plan up and running with J.P. Morgan as soon as possible. In order to do so, we will need your engagement throughout the onboarding process. We are looking forward to working with you!
